The base consists of 10 mm rollable foam, a soft and resilient material that provides excellent shock absorption with every swing. This reduces strain and helps prevent injuries, even during prolonged use.

Thanks to its flexible design, the mat is easy to roll up and move, while maintaining a flat surface for years when properly maintained.
